I had a somewhat disappointing stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Buzios, which is a huge plus, but the rooms really need an upgrade. The service left a lot to be desired as the staff didn't seem to care much about the guests. On the positive side, the room sizes were generous, and the value for the price was quite appealing, especially during lunch. However, my overall experience was overshadowed by the room's cleanliness and some service issues.
